It's Mind Right Monday... It's time to be intentional.
Google defines intentional as the process of having a course of action in regards to one's purpose, objective or plan.
In order to be intentional, you must first understand your purpose. Then, identify objectives that outline a plan to move you closer to a specific goal. Finally your course of action is step-by-step activities that move you forward towards the finish line.
Intentions will always push you forward. You might be moving slow but not backwards.
