I love music—preferably instrumental—Classical, Smooth Jazz, Soft Gospel Praise, Reggae, Rythtm and Blues from the 60s and 70s. 

I'm not the head banging kind of girl. My favorite music is soulful, soft and smooth.

I think music was designed to settle our soul and lift our spirit. When it's time to relax, settle down, and chill I look for Smooth Jazz.
