How are you feeling today?

This has been a very interesting year, so I pray that you are adjusting well. Truth is, none of us have a say in how things unfold. But God has promised that all things will work together for our good.

Often times, we—as women, tend to make sure that everyone else is taken care of and regrettably lose sight of our own wellbeing.

Today, I encourage you to stop, sit down, take a deep breath, and think about you. Schedule some “ME” time. Most importantly, evaluate your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Make sure you're up to date on annual doctor appointments, assessments, and examinations. Implement at least one new healthy habit this month.

Consider steps you can take to develop a better “YOU” by identifying ways to regularly replenish and energize your mind, body, soul and spirit.

Fearfully and wonderfully made, you are God’s gift to the world and you're worth the extra effort.

For the month of October, AWOGI will focus on Health and Wellness. Our posts will be designed to inspire and encourage you to take better care of you.
