Mental Health Awareness Month: In times of stress and adversity do what really matters.

In celebration of Mental Health Awareness month, "My Coffee and My Counselor" is designed to encourage you to sit down, grab a warm beverage, and think about your personal and emotional well-being.

After two years of COVID, masks, social distancing, and various forms of isolation all of us should take a minute to evaluate the condition of our mental health.

Get Back to the Basics

  • Start thinking about your mental health
  • Consider what plays a role in the development of mental health conditions
  • Strive to maintain a good mental health
  • Recognize when you need help with your mental health
  • Identify what steps to take when you need help
