Old friends, a caterpillar and a butterfly, met for dinner after several months of not seeing each other.

The caterplillar says to the butterfly, "You've changed..."

The butterfly responded by saying, "You're supposed to..."

Take a minute and allow that message to sink in....

You're never too old, too smart, too rich, too poor or too anything to change.

We were created to change. So, keep evolving into better versions of yourself.
