Today's post is a reminder that "Being Fit is Being Fabulous"!
Healthy is wealth and being Fit is Fabulous. Women often think of fitness as only being physical, but it's also spiritual. I’m here to tell you that a Fit Body equals a Fit Mind. Health and wellness are a combination of Mind, Body and Soul. The key to FABULOSITY is having all three under control.
Challenge: Each day I encourage you to challenge yourself to
Mentality exercise your mind by reading or doing something that stimulates your thoughts
Physically exercise at least 30 minutes a day do something to get your heart rate pumping
Sit with yourself in silence and recite an affirmation that pours into your soul (repeat it 3 or 4 times)
