I am who God says I am….
The Bible declares that "I am fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14).
My ability to elevate my thought-life is greatly dependent upon my ability to stay focused on becoming the person God has called me to be.
As AWOGI closes out this month’s focus “Mind Over Matter”, let's take some time to remind ourselves of a few "will" and "won’ts".
I will remember and proclaim that:
- I am made in the image of the Almighty God
- I am more than a conqueror of Christ who loves me
- I am made to walk in good works and accomplish great things
God has a GREAT plan for my life. Thinking otherwise will cause me to walk below and beneath that divine purpose.
I won't allow the devil and the cares of this world to:
- Choke the word of God so that it doesn’t produce fruit in my life
- Tempt me to live contrary to God’s will
- Trick me into believing that God’s words are not relevant in today’s society
Telling lies is one of the devil’s best attributes. But distraction is another one that works equally as well. Paying too much attention to what others say and trying to be more like the “Jones’” may cause me to play into the devil’s madness and deter me from God’s purpose.
I am who God says I am… His plan is perfectly sized just for me!
I will elevate my thought-life so that it transcends above and over the matters of my day-to-day life.
I will push through the fear and come out on the other side victoriously.
And so will you.
