Remember to do what is necessary to ensure that your mind is in the right space and you will continue to move forward to higher ground.

Pray daily.

Read your Bible.

Get plenty fresh air.

Eat a healthier food.

Get regular exercise.

Meditate on the good.

Rid yourself of toxic people.

Avoid negative conversations.
