My Coffee and My Counselor

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

In an effort to encourage sisters to evaluate and take care of their mental health AWOGI will feature sessions entitled, "My Coffee and My Counselor".

"My Coffee and My Counselor" posts will remind us that a healthy emotional and mental state is just as important as a healty physical body. 

As women, we are always concerned with making sure that everyone else is taken care of and often  forget about our selves.  

Join us this month for "My Coffee and My Counselor".  

Let's sit down for a few minutes. Grab a  cup of coffee or tea.  Take time to consider the condition of your mental health. 

Let's take the necessary steps to clear our mind, manage stressors, and move towards becoming emotionally balanced individuals. 

Let's not be afraid to ask for help.  We'll be glad we did.
