Pray for fathers and their sons!
Look around—fathers, husbands, sons, brothers, nephews, uncles, cousins, friends, neighbors and acquaintances. The males in your life are in need of your prayers.
Proverbs 1:8 provides this insight:
My son, hear the instruction of your father, and do not forsake the law of your mother.
Pray that fathers would:
- Be brave and courageous
- Exemplify faithfulness to God
- Be a good example to their children
- Teach their sons to be constructive contributors
Pray that their sons would:
- Find purpose and direction
- Grow up to become men of God
- Listen to the guidance of their fathers
- Teach their sons to be constructive contributors
