Fridays are FABULOUS and so are your Emotions.

Learn how to regulate your emotions:

 

When you feel angry...

Pause until you are able to think clearly so you can respond rationally instead of reacting.

 

When you feel overwhelmed...

Write down what you need to get done and focus on one task at a time based on importance.

 

When you feel insecure...

Work on appreciating and accepting yourself, flaws, and all. You are more than you give yourself credit for.

 

When you feel rejected...

Acknowledge that this feeling sucks but you will not let it consume you. Rejection is redirection.

 

When you feel discouraged...

Be kind to yourself and remind yourself of the reason why you are trying and use that as your strength.

 

When you feel anxious...

Focus on the present moment and take deep breaths to regulate your nervous system.
