Swimsuit Ready...

It’s Mind Right Monday… You don't have to be America's Top Model to be in good shape. 

  Maybe you forgot about your New Year’s Resolution to be swimsuit ready by summer. Well, today’s post is a reminder that it is not too late. 

  Let’s begin by re-evaluating your body image. Then, consider the foods you eat.  Remember to eat at least five servings of vegetables and three servings of fruit per day.  Reduce your carbohydrate and sugar intake.  Drink at least six 8 ounces glasses of water a day.  

Don't forget to exercise.  Spend at least 30 minutes a day walking or be actively involved is some other form of exercise.  

  While the body is important, let’s not forget about your mind. Take time to pray, read your Bible, and give way to quiet meditation, thanking  God for all He has done for you. 

It’s not too late to get your body right…. And it’s never to late to get your Mind Right.
