Be In Good Health...

We all bear a curtain amount of responsibility to keep our mind, body, and spirit in good health.

3 John 2 reminds us of this, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers”.

Reading the Bible and prayer helps to develop a healthy spiritual body. Exercise and eating right will aid us in building strong physical body. Rest, self-care, and mindfulness activities contribute to a sound mental capacity.

Mind, body or spirit, no one can take better care of you, than you. When one part of you is depleted, the wellbeing of the entire body is at risk. Take time for yourself. Pay attention to your feelings and your thoughts. Give yourself permission to be a bit selfish.


Your Mental Health Matters:

Remember that your mind, body, and spirit are connected. Use your space to assist you with physical movement ­and find a good spot to stretch, practice yoga, or do other exercises that you can do at home.
