It’s Mind Right Monday…Be Still, God is Talking...

When rain produces flashes of lightening and crashing thunder I remember my mother’s voice, “Turn off the TV and the lights. Lie down and be still. God is talking and you need to listen.”

We don’t take the time to be quiet and sit still much anymore. Most of us can’t even go to sleep without the sound of music or television. What a shame.

As we continue our discussion on “The Story I Tell Myself” I challenge you to have some quiet time—real quiet time. Turn everything off and be still. You just might hear God talking.
